Shake It Off

With the weather changing and the air getting colder, it is easy for us to go into hibernation mode and slack on exercising. I would much rather stay wrapped up on the couch with a cup of coffee and a book then to scrape the frost off my windshield so that I can get to the gym and sweat, only to freeze driving home. It doesn't sound like that much fun, does it? I had to have a pep talk with myself, after all the hard work I had put in this year staying active, I needed to just "Shake it Off"....And so I did, at B. Fab Fitness, check it out!

I'll admit I was a little nervous...I'm lacking in the coordination department but everyone there was thrilled to see a newbie. The energy in the room was contagious. Within minutes I was letting go and having fun! An hour and 600 calories later I was exhausted and recharged at the same time. I was ready to tackle my week.
