We know that everyone is not at the same level physically, that's why we provide options for you to choose from. We will work with you to customize the workouts to fit you. You won't hear us tell you to push through the pain. You won't feel out of place if you can't complete an exercise. We take the time to make sure that your form and technique are correct, adding modifications as needed. You will NEVER feel out of place here.

BURN 

Burn is the fastest and safest way to revolutionize your body. In 60 minutes you will work your full body using small isometric moves working each muscle group to the point of fatigue followed by a series of stretching to elongate the muscles creating tone and strength. 


VELOCITY

45 minutes of heart pumping, high intensity interval training. Our focus is on maximizing your target heart rate to create the "afterburn" through a series of both strength training and endurance exercises. While you may only burn 500 calories in class, the magic happens with the afterburn, burning calories for up to 30 hours post workout. 


RESTORE

Yes, we know it hurts!  Foam rolling is a form of self-massage, or self-myofascial release, that corrects muscle imbalance, improves joint range of motion, relieves muscle soreness and joint stress. RESTORE is a 45 minute massage for your body that incorporates a series of stretching and rolling to increase flexibility and blood flow while blasting cellulite and  helping to destress and restore your body.
