I loved working with Heather! This program provided a full body approach to health. We talked about goals, self-esteem issues, nutrition, life balance, spiritual well-being, and more! We are working on my total health, not just my appearance and weight. 

The workouts challenged me and empowered me, and many of them were 20 - 30 minutes long! I was able to burn the same amount of calories in a 20 minute workout as I did in an hour long class, there is nothing better than the gift of time!
